We are looking for a Bilingual Human Experience Business Partner (French / English) who is passionate about people, growth, and driving a culture where everyone feels they belong. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Quebec to bring HR strategies to life and create an inspiring employee experience.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted Advisor and coach to employees and leaders;
  • Partner with business leaders and Sr. HXBPs to align people strategies with business goals;
  • Support key HR initiatives such as talent management, employee relations, performance, and change management;
  • Facilitate learning sessions and ensure tools and communications are available in French;
  • Collaborate across the HX team to drive consistency, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture;
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve processes and experiences;
  • Lead or support projects and programs from planning through implementation;
  • Ensure compliance with Quebec employment legislation and guide leaders on best practices.

What you will bring

  • The education. Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • The experience. 5 to 7 years in HR roles, including 3 to 5 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist. Experience working in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
  • The skills & the knowledge. Solid knowledge of core HR practices : performance, employee relations, coaching, compensation, engagement, and change management. Strong understanding of Quebec employment law and national HR practices. Comfortable with data and tools, including Excel and HR analytics. Skilled in leading conversations with business leaders and providing data-driven insights.
  • The core competencies. Fully bilingual, fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Great communicator, clear, concise, and engaging. Strong relationship builder with high EQ and sound judgment. Proactive, flexible, and solutions oriented. Curious, open-minded, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
