Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Manager, Payroll and HR Service Centre.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and management with respect to HR matters in both official languages triaging requests to other HR Groups
  • Track and report on types and frequency of topics of inquiry, making recommendations for broader communication or information that can be accessed by team members via a self-service model
  • Develop formal documentation of responses to common queries in the form of FAQ's, job aids, or other resources and contribute to the develop of HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare for and support new HR initiatives effectively which may at times result in increased call or email volume
  • Support internal documentation development (internal letters, memos, etc)
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • Post-secondary education (preferred university degree)
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Tech savvy ( Proficient in MS Office Applications)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter – ability to prioritize and organize work as well as escalate as needed
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
Nice-to-have...
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
