We are hiring a Bilingual HR & Recruitment Generalist who will take part in broad HR responsibilities with a strong focus on recruiting. You will serve as a trusted HR partner who supports HR systems, compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement. At the same time, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles in Engineering, Sales, Field Service, and skilled operations. As an individual contributor, you will handle daily HR operations and drive the future of talent strategy at ProMach.

Employee Experience & HR Function
  • Administer Workday HCM and payroll updates while maintaining accuracy across internal systems and with third-party providers
  • Guide managers and supervisors with clear policy direction and support them in employee relations and engagement efforts
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, support workforce planning, and coordinate onboarding programs
  • Answer employee benefit questions, support compensation processes, and ensure compliance with safety programs and employment laws
  • Deliver HR training, analyze HR metrics, and recommend improvements in partnership with HR leadership
Recruiting Function
  • Manage the full recruiting process in Workday ATS, including requisition intake, sourcing, candidate engagement, selection, and pre-employment activities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build pipelining strategies, and provide guidance on market data and talent trends
  • Create and lead sourcing initiatives that build diverse pipelines across multiple channels, including grassroots outreach
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and personalized engagement
  • Oversee pre-employment steps such as background checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Collaborate with internal partners to improve recruiting processes and implement new approaches
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain data integrity within Workday

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in human resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience that includes full-cycle recruiting in professional and skilled operations roles
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to design sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive talent
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Workday HCM and Workday ATS
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to influence decisions through data
  • Professional demeanour with initiative to improve processes and strengthen employee and candidate experiences
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for recruitment initiatives and HR programs
