Freedom Experience is about building trust through every interaction we have with our plan members and represents a shift in our organization’s mindset. Proactively identifying, understanding, and delivering on products and experiences to meet the needs of our plan members using new tools, new processes, and data. This is a new role to execute on the vision of a member-focused solutions centre, leading project and business resources to execute our strategy.

Our team of Health and Wealth Consultants help plan members understand the products and solutions available to them. We provide Life and Health solutions, along with other services to help customers realize their financial and life goals.

What You Will Do
  • Consult + Guide:
  • Engage with customers via inbound conversations, booked virtual meetings (phone or video), and some on-site visits to strategic clients.
  • Understand plan member objectives and deliver personalized consultations with suitable solutions.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and professional account management to enhance wellbeing.
  • Use training and sales supports to identify needs and guide next steps.
  • Maintain and keep provincial licenses in good standing, meeting all training, licensing, and supervision requirements.
  • Assist customers with website & application enrollment, claims submissions, benefits review, and resolving issues.
  • Identify suitable products and record engagements.
  • Respond to operational inquiries via calls.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Provide education on planning topics.
  • Participate in team reviews, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
What You Will Bring
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Valid life insurance license (LLQP) or willingness to obtain within three months.
  • Deep knowledge of Life and Health products and services.
  • Progress towards or completion of relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CHS).
  • Positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for advice and solutions.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Availability for shifts between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday.
  • Security clearance (Reliability Status).

The salary range is $52,800 to $97,700 annually, excluding variable compensation. Further details will be discussed if selected.
