A leading hospitality company in Ottawa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service and manage guest check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate should be bilingual with previous experience in this role, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have familiarity with hotel management software. This full-time position requires standing for long periods and working in a busy environment.
