Job summary

Qohash is hiring a fully bilingual, fullstack developer who thrives in a small, autonomous team. You will own features end to end, from backend to interface, and defend your technical choices without constant supervision.

You will ship software that runs on customer premises, including constrained environments, with a focus on reliable delivery and measurable impact. English/French fluency is required and you will collaborate closely with product and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js.
• 5+ years with React.js.
• 5+ years with Typescript/JS.
• 5+ years with Docker.
• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Ability to build new coverage types: parsers, file formats, connectors, and protocols.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features, from backend to interface.
• Experience shipping software installed on customer premises.
• Experience working with binary file formats, data parsing, or protocol-level implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-stack features end to end, from backend services through to the user interface.
• Build and maintain software that is installed and runs reliably on customer premises, including in constrained environments.
• Own your technical decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to the team and to product and customer stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product team to translate customer needs into simple, durable technical solutions.
• Contribute to a small, high-autonomy engineering team with light process, sharing context and reducing single points of failure.
