Job description

PERMANENT, FULL-TIME 40+ HOURS PER WEEK.

Speaking French and English fluently is required.

We have a direct-hire job opportunity where you will be providing customer service support for a large telecommunications company! All applicants must be fluent in both French and English.

Must be currently living in Canada with a valid SIN.

Remote, work from home. Equipment will be shipped to you.

You will be assisting inbound callers and identifying customer needs, assisting with troubleshooting, making product recommendations, taking payment, and helping customers navigate self-serve options.

Fluent in both French and English with at least 6 months of customer service (CSR) experience. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. While working, your computer must be hard-wired to the internet.
