We are currently seeking a Bilingual French / English Office Administrator to work with our client in Fredericton, NB.

The selected candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be experienced in accounting and systems concepts, be an analytical thinker, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. The Role
  1. Answering calls & emails, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  2. Processing Accounts Payable invoices with proper approval and coding
  3. Responding to Accounts Payable inquiries (internal & external)
  4. Accurately processing payments based on scheduled runs
  5. Preparing and analyzing vendor account reconciliations
  6. Processing Accounts Receivable invoices with proper coding
  7. Responding to Accounts Receivable inquiries (internal & external)
  8. Managing overdue customer accounts
  9. Participating in various financial reporting activities on a monthly basis
  10. Filing
  11. Handling rental inquiries
  12. Coordinating and processing apartment rentals
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software is an asset
  • Self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated systems aptitude
  • Must be able to work in a small, team environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both official languages, French and English
Qualifications

Education Required: College Diploma with a focus on Business or Accounting
