Job Description

As an Insurance Advisor you will work as a member of an inbound contact center team reporting to the Team Manager, Client Services. In the Insurance Advisor role, you will provide solutions and counsel existing and new TD clients on their auto and property insurance needs. You will deliver a customer centric approach, contributing to our legendary service. Additionally, you will :

  • Be responsible for achieving goals related to insurance advice and solutions
  • Ensure quality and productivity objectives are met
  • Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner
  • Be accountable for providing a high level of service to our clients
  • Perform various assigned tasks
  • Promote company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews
  • Discuss a variety of products at every opportunity
  • Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building
  • Remain current on all company philosophies and procedures Internal Each call is different and we support you to ensure your success at work. Requirements For This Role, We Specifically Require :

  • Fully Bilingual in French and English
  • Must reside in the province of Ontario
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service / sales experience
  • Call center experience would be an asset
  • Aptitude to successfully complete and pass required licensing Your relevant skillset and knowledge will also get our attention.
