Bell is seeking candidates with hands-on experience integrating contact centre solutions to join our team in Montreal. The role focuses on CCaaS, NL U/NLP, AI chat/voice bots, WFM/WFO, and IVR with call routing, delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Genesys, NICE, AWS, or Google editors, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple delivery activities in a hybrid work environment based in Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating CCaaS solutions for contact centres.
• Bilingual English/French required for Quebec roles.
• Experience with cloud-based delivery (IaaS/CCaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure CCaaS solutions with NL/AI features.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Perform functional/technical analysis to define target solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities for automation.
