ACS Montreal is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, and the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Following up with brokers and carriers about invoices
  • Completing all admin tasks required for the flight, i.e., preparing reports post-flight
  • Entering data into our systems including flight times
  • Overseeing flights, including flight watching (while in the office) to ensure our client is kept updated at all times
  • Managing emails (requests, dispatching, invoices etc.)
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Updating clients about flights
  • Retrieving data from Excel and CRM system
  • Understanding client requirements in line with contractual SLA’s

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Bilingual fluency in both English and French (professional working level, verbal and written)
  • Experience in airline operations/ aviation would be a strong advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work with urgency
  • Proven track record in providing outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and with strong problem-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently, but always being a team player
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel
