Bilingual FRENCH Customer Service Representative

A leading eye care company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a 6 month contract position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute in English and French to a dynamic and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the eye care industry. If you possess strong communication skills, fluency in French, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply promptly.

Hours: Monday to Friday 10-6
Location: Mississauga ON
WFH 1 day a week (Friday)
Salary: $25/hour

1. Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day.
2. Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email.
3. Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
5. Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions.

1. Fluent in French and English.
2. Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
3. Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy.
4. Nice to have: SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft Excel.
