Principal Duties:

  • Accurate application provided to cash applicator of funds to minimize error.
  • Reconciling with clients to ensure ARI’s accounts are in good standing and accounts are current.
  • Investigating questions from customers and coordinate credit or rebills if needed with the client services and billing.
  • Communicate collection issues with leadership as necessary.

Education and/or Training:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary business degree / diploma / certificate (Asset).

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Collection or Finance experience.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

  • Customer service oriented; ability to gain credibility and trust among a diverse client group.
  • Familiar with commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other functional areas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with others as a team player.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently, organize and prioritize a demanding workload.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Can adapt quickly to situations.

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with external clients and internal customers.
  • Strong research, reporting, and analytical skills.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $49,460.00 - $66,775.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
