Nature of the Position :

Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Customer Care, and following company policies and procedures, this position manages and tracks account activities, including product launches, redesigns, discontinuations, and promotional activities for an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing product launches, including setup, artwork development, forecasting, and initial shipment.
  • Handling product updates due to artwork redesign, formulation, or labeling changes.
  • Managing product and packaging runouts and costs related to updates or discontinuations.
  • Coordinating promotional activities, including sizing and product availability.
  • Processing customer orders and reporting.
  • Ensuring vendor compliance and investigating claims.
  • Managing product and regulatory documentation.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Previous account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution; candidates without this experience may be considered for a Junior Account Manager role.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
