What will you do?

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This individual will act as a trusted representative of the CEO's Office, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and composure under pressure.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, coordinate tasks seamlessly, and provide informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations alongside senior managers and department leaders, including calendars, correspondence, expense reports, and project support.
  • Oversee and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, travel, and accommodations, including international arrangements via Concur.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure operational information is communicated effectively across the organization.
  • Assess and prioritize incoming inquiries, exercising sound judgment.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
  • Review reports for accuracy before presentation to executives.
  • Draft, refine, and format key documents, presentations, reports, and emails.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Proven strategic advisement and technical proficiency.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
