Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French/English).
• University Degree or College Diploma or related work experience.
• Resourceful and able to work through challenges.
• Experience working with complex data relationships and structure.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Effective in developing relationships and contributing to team performance in a highly collaborative environment.
• Accountable and team-oriented – able to work well independently while contributing to and supporting team goals and deadlines.
• Expert level skills in Excel; proficiency in Word, Power Point, SAP Business Objects, and other Data Base Utilities & Query Tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage electronic enrolment for new plan members and maintenance for existing clients.
• Handle change management for converting manual enrolment to electronic enrolment.
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting enrolment and file layouts.
• Perform data analysis on enrolment activity and create reports.
• Contribute to system and process reviews for continuous improvement.
• Support other internal teams as enrolment SME.
• Potentially provide back-up to Business Analysts.
