What you'll be doing
  • Connecting with customers in a relatable, customer-centric manner.
  • Providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by proactively discovering their needs and listening to understand their requests.
  • Educating customers, offering relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Building comprehensive, holistic financial plans to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships.
  • Developing, retaining, and growing branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong desire and drive to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

  • Ability to uncover and address customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
