Responsibilities :

  • Answer all incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening and providing accurate responses
  • Review and examine customers’ accounts to facilitate issue resolution
  • Identify and analyze root causes of customer problems
  • Provide solutions to customer issues as appropriate
  • Respond to customer help emails and faxes promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all emails are responded to within SLA guidelines
  • Thoroughly review customer requests and investigate before responding
  • Data Entry : Enter meter reads accurately in SAP daily
  • Analyze meter reads for accuracy and compare with historical data
  • Review new contracts in SAP for billing accuracy and correct errors
  • Audit customer cases daily to ensure expectations are met
  • Distribute open customer cases to teams for visibility and resolution
  • Work on assigned customer cases to resolve them within internal timelines

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Ability to handle multiple related tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Excellent listening and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (French & English) written and verbal skills are REQUIRED
