Responsibilities

1. Complete customer service requests, including making coffee and beverages.
2. Perform cashier duties: collecting payments, providing change, and balancing funds, adhering to cash control policies.
3. Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment, ensuring sanitation.
4. Keep the dishwashing station and related areas clean.
5. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
6. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
7. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
8. Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation.
9. Protect company assets and ensure security.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English & French.
• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; may require uniforms and PPE.
