Bilingual (English-French) B2B Sales Concierge & Training Representative
Position Details:
- Flexible work location: In-office preferred, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to help increase profitability through tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize sales activities to meet targets.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach, understanding and addressing client needs to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating problem-solving skills and contributing to team success.
- Analyze sales reports and maintain detailed records for effective follow-up.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients.
- Review, respond to, and distribute emails.
- Participate in daily Zoom training sessions.
- Assist clients with order recommendations and processing.
- Maintain daily communication with clients.
- Create bi-monthly plans for clients.
- Conduct prospecting activities bi-monthly.
- Review and analyze reports, and engage in monthly role-playing exercises with team members.
- Follow up with clients regarding remittance reports monthly.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
