Bilingual (English-French) B2B Sales Concierge & Training Representative

Position Details:
  • Flexible work location: In-office preferred, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to help increase profitability through tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize sales activities to meet targets.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, understanding and addressing client needs to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating problem-solving skills and contributing to team success.
  • Analyze sales reports and maintain detailed records for effective follow-up.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients.
  • Review, respond to, and distribute emails.
  • Participate in daily Zoom training sessions.
  • Assist clients with order recommendations and processing.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients.
  • Create bi-monthly plans for clients.
  • Conduct prospecting activities bi-monthly.
  • Review and analyze reports, and engage in monthly role-playing exercises with team members.
  • Follow up with clients regarding remittance reports monthly.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
