What You Will Do
  • Answer all incoming calls from the client portfolio
  • Ensure that requests are addressed promptly
  • Verify and track work orders to completion
  • Analyze caller needs and implement the best response strategy to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain customer relations with client personnel
  • Capture information accurately in the system while engaging with clients
  • Determine when to escalate critical issues that cannot be resolved independently
What We Are Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and flexibility skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers (MS Word/Excel) and typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
  • Decision-making ability and good administrative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients such as Facilities Managers, Operations Managers, and Account Managers
  • Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented mindset focused on optimal outcomes
  • Experience in the property industry is advantageous
Compensation and Location

Estimated total compensation range: 20.00 CAD per year. This includes bonuses where applicable. Compensation is based on education, experience, skills, location, and market factors.
