We are looking for a Bilingual 1st Party Collection Agent (internally referred to as Debt Recovery Account Manager), to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
Please note : This opportunity is seeking candidates interested and available to work at least 2 shifts per week from 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. The remaining shifts will be from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will focus on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, responsibilities include:
