Job Description

As an Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer, you will travel to our customers to assist them in transitioning smoothly to the Reynolds and Reynolds system. Your responsibilities include providing in-person, on-site training and customer support throughout the process. Extensive travel is involved when not working from a home office, with equipment supplied by Reynolds.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work from the home office during virtual weeks (15-25%)
  • Prepare for installations using company equipment (15-30%)
  • Communicate with internal teams
  • Assist with remote training and additional services as needed
  • Complete administrative tasks such as reports and weekly updates
  • Travel to dealership sites individually and with a team (75-85%)
  • Meet with dealership management to understand their needs
  • Configure solutions and training based on business requirements
  • Train and support customer personnel on software
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose, resolve, or escalate problems
  • Monitor workload and prioritize responsibilities
  • Share knowledge and train team members
  • Engage in learning, growth, and development activities

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for company-paid training
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to train customers on software

Working Conditions

  • Driving company vehicles and occasional airfare travel; sitting 1-4 hours
  • Presenting, requiring standing, sitting, and using a pointer
  • On-site visits may involve standing up to 8 hours, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting arms
  • Packing, lifting, and carrying luggage up to 50 lbs (discretionary), 15 minutes to 1 hour daily
  • Looking at a computer screen up to 8 hours, typing up to 6 hours
