Our client, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time contract basis . This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact, community-focused initiative supporting local charities.

This is a 5.5-month contract with the potential for a permanent, full-time opportunity at the end of the term.

Roles and Responsibilities

Fulfill and track ticket orders via email and mail

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email

Use internal documentation and manuals to troubleshoot issues

Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring prompt resolution

Generate and reconcile weekly and final reports for regulatory bodies

Prepare high-level summaries for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role

Experience using a ticketing system is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with keen attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
