Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative located in the Greater Moncton Metropolitan Area. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will interact with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and assist with various service needs.
