Job description

**Our client, a Big 5 Bank is currently looking to hire bilingual (French/English) customer service representatives to join their team in downtown Montreal! This position is best suited for those with experience working in a bilingual contact center environment within the banking industry.

Story Behind the Need

• The Bank's contact center works to support our customers with regards to any questions they may have concerning their account and trade functions.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Resolving client telephone and email inquiries timely and effectively

• Using discretion and problem-solving skills to satisfy the requirements of the customer’s request

• Contributing to ideal center functionality by adhering to goals, policies, and procedures

• Utilizing key mind for sales to recognize and initiate opportunities for cross-selling and referrals

• Facilitating a culture of communication, participation, and collaboration by being an actively positive member of your team

Qualifications

- Strong French and English Written and Oral communication - previous customer service experience handled over email (clear and concise)

- 2-4 years of financial industry experience (account status, transfers, RRSPs, -- general understanding of investment options)

- 2-4 years' Experience in a Customer Service capacity particularly in a Banking Contact Center environment

OPEN TO:

- new graduate within finance or business

- branch / teller experience

NICE TO HAVE:

CSC certification

Work Environment

Onsite Fully in downtown Montreal, QC

Contract Duration: 7 months to start - high possibility of conversion to permanent

Schedule Hours: Shift to vary between 8-8pm (7.5 hours) - Monday to Friday)

Pay: $22 - $24/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
