Job Description

The Bilingual (EN/FR) Customer Service Advisor will provide high-quality, professional service to customers and Sales Representatives. Responsibilities include managing requests, supporting new accounts, assisting the Sales Team, and maintaining customer service standards.

This role is based in our Markham office, requiring 3 days per week in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming requests via phone/email professionally and promptly.
  2. Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers and Sales Reps.
  3. Manage accounts/orders, verify information, process requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Promote and support online ordering portal usage.
  5. Assist new and existing customers with portal support.
  6. Maintain email inboxes for order and request processing.
  7. Follow up with customers and Sales Reps through calls/emails.
  8. Document and resolve customer interactions, escalating as needed.
  9. Monitor SAP reports daily to ensure order completion.
  10. Identify and suggest process improvements.
  11. Collaborate across teams to ensure task completion.
  12. Adhere to customer service policies and standards.
  13. Contribute to AbbVie’s core values and practices.
  14. Perform additional tasks, including cross-training.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • College Diploma/University Degree or related post-secondary education.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP or similar order management systems.
  • Experience in contact centers handling high call/email volumes.
  • Technical proficiency with multiple systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry is a plus.
