Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service aligned with our Sporting Life Group Mission Statement, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls and cases promptly.
  • Identify customer needs regarding online orders and in-store experiences via email or phone and provide solutions.
  • Keep records of all interactions in the appropriate database.
  • Achieve help desk KPIs measuring agent productivity.
  • Resolve issues causing delays in customer orders, such as incorrect addresses.
  • Follow-up with logistics providers regarding delivery issues.
  • Communicate with internal teams as needed.
  • Review and update logs and reports as directed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail and/or call centers, understanding customer urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service-oriented, team player.
  • Strong tech skills and adaptability to changing systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with help desk tools and electronic communication channels.

Shift Details: Availability between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., including weekends.
