Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Bilingual Coordinator, Social Media Content & Influencer Marketing to help bring our social and influencer programs to life in both English and French. This hybrid role supports content creation, calendar management, and partnerships with creators to grow Sephora Canada's social presence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, edit compelling video content, and adapt messaging for bilingual audiences while embracing beauty industry trends and community

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging social content.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong social video editing skills and comfort appearing on camera.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• French Social Channels: Create, adapt, and edit social-first video content for Sephora Canada's French channels, translate where needed, and support community management.
• Owned Social Content: Manage content calendar and assist planning with Social Content team to implement concepts.
• Influencer Marketing: Support influencer initiatives through partnerships, product shipments, events, and campaign tracking.

What You'll Do:

• French Social Channels: Create, adapt, and edit social-first video content for Sephora Canada's French Instagram and TikTok channels, and support publishing, translation coordination, and community management.
• Owned Social Content: Manage the content calendar and support content planning, partnering with the Social Content team to bring social-first creative concepts to life.
• Influencer Marketing: Support influencer marketing initiatives through creator partnerships, product shipments, event support, campaign coordination, and results tracking.

What You'll Bring:

Eligibility requirements apply to certain benefits and may vary depending on job classification and length of employment.

• We're passionate about pay equity and transparency. The compensation ranges between CAD$57,000.00 - CAD$64,000.00. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
