Bilingual Critical Incident Coordinator

Location: Remote, Canada

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities
  1. Provide telephone intake services, assessing needs and urgency, and assigning appropriate service providers.
  2. Manage the team’s inbox and respond to global email requests.
  3. Ensure timely support to clients, playing a vital role in crisis management.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary or college degree.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience with demonstrated empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations professionally and responsibly.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts between 7am and 11pm (Eastern time), including weekends and weekdays.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a call center environment.
