Job Description

As a Content Management Specialist, you will be vital in maintaining and improving our underwriting manual platform. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, updating, and creating content aligned with latest reviews and guidelines.
• Harmonizing existing content for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensuring content aligns with our 3-tier underwriting approach across different manual versions.
• Collaborating with the Global Medical Underwriting team and markets to implement reviewed impairments.
• Testing and reviewing updates for accuracy and consistency.
• Updating rules in the automated underwriting platform to reflect our underwriting philosophy, separate from the manual platform.
• Following established procedures and maintaining high content quality standards.
• Receiving mentorship and guidance from the tool lead for smooth onboarding and development.
• Working across various time zones in an international setting, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications

We seek a detail-oriented, systematic individual with the following skills and experience:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
• Knowledge of content management tools.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, version control, and workflow tools.
• Strong collaboration skills and effective team working ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach.
• Familiarity with medical underwriting processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in R or Python coding; SQL experience is advantageous.
• A collaborative spirit and comfort working across time zones.
