Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in communications, public administration, project management, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders or partners.
• Experience developing strategic approaches through research, engagement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes, manage contracts, and oversee external service providers.
• Develop a government-wide strategy for strengthening bilingual communications.
• Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, speeches and other documents.
• Lead discussions, build consensus, and move projects forward.
