  • Acting as trusted advisors, to educate, challenge the status quo, and advise the business on creative approaches to find the right solutions.
  • Delivering a customer-centric approach to the business and external resources by minimizing administration efforts, anticipating their needs, projecting a ‘how can I help you’ attitude, and actively collaborating with Hiring Managers to deepen relationships.

Location: Anywhere in Canada (virtual work opportunity, with 1-2 days in office per month for meetings)

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will execute processes and solve challenges related to external resources across Canada, managing over 1000+ resources annually. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex cases, escalations, and requests independently.
  • Handling contract revisions, risk assessments, change management, and managing relationships.
  • Partnering with internal SMEs and external service providers on legal, risk, and compliance matters.

The candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Promoting the CLO’s internal brand and delivering a customer-centric service approach.
  • Managing cases within KPMG’s vendor management system (Flextrack).
  • Training stakeholders on system use and process compliance.
  • Conducting due diligence and maintaining case documentation.
  • Managing complex and high-risk cases, including contract negotiations and risk classifications.
  • Supporting change management initiatives and maintaining current knowledge on workforce legislation and policies.
Qualifications
  • College or University degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with contract labour or contingent workforce management.
  • Experience drafting third-party agreements and liaising with multiple parties.
  • Knowledge of immigration matters related to resourcing.
  • Fluent in English and French (bilingual preferred), with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Flextrack is an asset.
