A community mental health organization in Barrie is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Therapist for a full-time, temporary position. The role involves conducting assessments and therapy for children and youth with complex needs. Candidates must have relevant registration and at least 3 years of experience. Hours : 35 hours / week
Salary : Step 1 : $39.01; Step 2 : $40.88; Step 3 : $42.82; Range : $70,998.20 - $77,932.40 annually
Duration : 1-year contract
This role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office per week. The Clinical Therapist will be part of a dynamic team at Kinark’s Community Based Child and Youth Mental Health program in the Simcoe region. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy in various settings, and working evenings as needed. Candidates must be registered with relevant professional bodies and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a mental health setting. Travel is required, and a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
