Bilingual (French and English) Client Service Specialist - Tangerine

What You Will Be Doing

As a brand ambassador in our contact centre, you will deliver award-winning service and banking solutions, engaging with clients to support their daily banking needs, educating them about self-service channels, and proactively recommending suitable financial products.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
  • Provide friendly, professional service through inbound, outbound, and eService channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support clients with their banking needs and suggest products that meet their financial goals.
  • Educate clients on financial products and self-service options to enable online banking independence.
  • Aim for first contact resolution, identifying and addressing barriers to excellent service.
Hiring & Training Details
  • This position is hybrid (in-person) in Moncton, New Brunswick.
  • Start date: July 2025 (TBD).
  • Full-time position: 37.5 hours/week.
Work Shift Details
  • In-person training required for 11 weeks.
  • Availability for morning, afternoon, evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, between 7 am and 12 am.

  • Strong bilingual (French and English), both oral and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity and a desire to help clients find solutions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to contact centre technology.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
