Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and return voicemails within customer service standards.
• Act as first point of contact for general inquiries via phone and liaise with internal teams.
• Inform clients of required documents and explain form components to ensure correct completion.
• Escalate urgent issues to Lead, Team Lead or Manager as appropriate.
• Update client accounts with notes following conversations or emails.
• Remain up to date on Olympia products, services, and policies.
