We are seeking a Bilingual Client Service Associate to provide exceptional front-line client support. This role is the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries, assisting clients with pension-related services and guiding them through various processes with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Analyze client needs, ask probing questions, and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
  • Educate clients on available services, pension options, and related processes.
  • Escalate sensitive issues when required, ensuring service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor client inquiries to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of pensions, retirement planning, or related financial products is an asset.
  • Working towards or holding certifications such as RRA, CEBS, PPAC, GBA, or RPA is preferred.
  • Successful completion of reference, credit, and criminal checks is required.
