Job description

Prospective candidates for the Client Relations Specialist position at employer would be joining a global-leading health and well-being provider with a mission to build a healthier and friendlier future for all. Job Duties:
  1. Complete quality assurance outbound calls to EAP clients who have previously accessed services
  2. Gather client feedback regarding previous experience and take appropriate action (book service, file formal complaint or compliment)
  3. Assess client needs and recommend additional EAP service(s) as appropriate
  4. Data entry of client details and administrative follow-up work within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  5. Provide back-up support to CAC inbound clients as needed

Qualifications:
  1. Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate service(s) confidently
  2. Bilingualism (English AND French) mandatory
  3. Experience in making outbound calls
  4. Works well independently
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  6. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  8. Flexibility to work day, evening and/or weekend shifts
  9. Strategic thinker and target-oriented
  10. Consistently meets or exceeds expectations and targets in current role
