Tangerine in Moncton, New Brunswick is hiring a bilingual Client Experience Advisor to deliver best-in-class service to Canadians in an in-office, full-time role. The position focuses on assisting with daily banking needs, educating clients on self-service options and recommending suitable products.

The role is based in Moncton, NB with a 37.5-hour work week, shift-based schedule, and 11 weeks of in-person training.

Formación

• Bilingual (English and French) required.
• Strong English and French, both oral and written communication skills.
• Curious to help meet clients’ needs and build solutions.
• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to contact centre technology.

What You Will Be Doing

Being a brand ambassador within our call centre environment means you will be part of a team that provides award-winning service and delivers best in class banking solutions to Canadians. As a Client Experience Advisor, you will engage with clients by providing exceptional support on their daily banking needs, educate them on self-service channels and proactively recommend products that meet their financial needs.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Deliver friendly and professional service to clients through inbound, outbound and eService channels in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with clients by providing best-in-class support on their daily banking needs, and proactively recommend products that meet their financial needs.
• Educate Clients on a wide range of financial products (e.g. Chequing/Savings accounts etc.) and on self-service channels to enable Clients to serve themselves online.
• Drive first contact resolution while identifying barriers to excellent service and work towards eliminating them.

Hiring & Training Details

• Please note this position is in office in Moncton, New Brunswick.
• Position Start Date: January 2027
• Position Status: Full-time (37.5 hours), shift-based work

Work Shift Details

• Must be available to attend training in person, in full for a total for 11 weeks. Flexibility in working morning, afternoon and evening shifts including weekends and statutory holidays between the hours of 7 am to 12 am (midnight).
