Your role

Your Mission
As a Claims Analyst, you’ll support our reimbursement process by performing tasks that ensure accurate and timely claim processing and documentation management.

  • Receive receipts in a scanned/paperless environment
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries
  • Follow up with patients via call or email to submit required documentation for reimbursement
  • Maintain patient information securely and accurately
  • Review submission details to assess eligibility and level of coverage
  • Process approved requests with precise data entry and accuracy
  • Investigate claims that require further clarification
  • Organize work and documentation to ensure timely, accurate payment processing
What you bring to the table
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • High attention to detail with quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Familiarity with claims processing is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bilingual in French and English (required to support communication with both internal and external stakeholders)
Compensation

At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on local benchmarks for the role, level, and geographic location.
