Bilingual Campus Recruitment Manager in Downtown Montreal | Hybrid

Our client, a leading investment management firm in Downtown Montreal, is committed to nurturing internal talent, fostering a culture of growth, and building long-term careers. They are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Campus Recruitment Manager (French / English) to lead and enhance their campus recruitment strategy across Canada.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Talent Development and play a key part in building brand presence on campus, cultivating strong university relationships, and hiring top-tier student and new grad talent. You will partner with internal stakeholders and take ownership of events and programs that strengthen the company’s early talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of student hires across the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges across Canada
  • Attend campus presentations, career fairs, and virtual events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design targeted student recruitment programs
  • Work with marketing to deliver engaging social media campaigns for campus hiring
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campus recruitment
  • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
