In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Talent Development and play a key part in building brand presence on campus, cultivating strong university relationships, and hiring top-tier student and new grad talent. You will partner with internal stakeholders and take ownership of events and programs that strengthen the company’s early talent pipeline.
