Job summary

Aon is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to connect students and recent graduates with internship, co-op, and graduate opportunities across Canada. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, campus engagement, and collaborate with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.

In this role you will maintain candidate records in iCIMS, ensure a positive candidate experience, and leverage data to improve outcomes. Bilingual French and English communication is preferred for Canada-wide outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience with campus recruitment is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for internships, co-ops, and graduates across Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to shape recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
