Hourly pay range: $27.00 - $29.25

Note: 3-month contract with the possibility to convert to FTE based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and client service support, including calendaring, meeting support, expense processing, travel management, and client lifecycle deliverables.
  • Support colleagues with report development, marketing materials, and contracting documents within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements, and expense reporting in Oracle.
  • Assist with project setup, contract administration, and file maintenance.
  • Handle internal and external client communications via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Perform filing, billing, and other administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support team needs.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience with calendaring, expense, travel, and client lifecycle support.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a primarily remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
