What You’ll Do:

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, including within Cantonese-speaking communities

  • Identify potential new clients and build a pipeline through outreach and networking

  • Maintain client satisfaction through ongoing support, communication, and retention efforts

Sales Strategy & Market Growth

  • Assess new markets and align opportunities with BELFOR’s services

  • Present fully costed proposals and business cases for new services and partnerships

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and sustain relationships

Collaboration & Business Planning

  • Work with internal teams to support proposals and optimize service delivery

  • Communicate BELFOR’s value proposition with clarity, professionalism, and impact

  • Track competitor trends and contribute to strategic planning with market insights

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all documentation, RFPs, and proposals are accurate and professionally presented

  • Follow BELFOR safety and operational policies at all times

What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the construction, restoration, or insurance industry is an asset
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close new business
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, intuitive, and goal-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Criminal Record Check required
