Bilingual Business Development Manager
Full Time – Permanent
Location : Remote – North Shore of Montreal
Hours : Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary : Up to $70K+ 35% Commissions, uncapped, overall $80K-$100K+

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Key Account Management – Fabricator Channel
- Demand creation, development, and maintenance of customer relationships, acting as the primary contact in the fabricator market.
- Call on the market sector regularly to strengthen existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Develop strategies with peers and management to improve market approaches and increase market share.
- Introduce new products to the market as per company plans.
- Manage the Fabricator channel Fact Base: ensure Share of Shelf (SOS), Share of Wallet (SOW), and market intelligence are maintained for decision-making and market tracking.
- Review open order reports daily, update take rates, and manage inventory accordingly.
- Handle RMA, credit rebills, warranty issues to resolve customer balances and quality concerns.
- Submit retail quotes as needed.
- Monitor sales and invoices daily using Power BI.
Business Development Manager – A&D / K&B Channel
- Maintain and grow relationships with accounts through visits and product knowledge sessions.
- Develop and execute sales programs, promotions, and events to increase volume and revenue.
- Provide samples and marketing materials to support the brand.
- Proactively address customer issues and keep management informed.
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Manager and support warranty team with product knowledge.
- Use CRM system (Salesforce) for customer activity tracking.
Business Development Manager – Builder Channel
- Manage relationships within a defined territory, promoting brand message and product.
- Maintain market insights, tender timelines, and submission requirements.
- Support the rollout of organizational initiatives and maintain high product and industry knowledge.
- Track customer activity and generate sales agreements as directed.
Working Conditions :
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in stone, construction, or cabinetry industry.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and travel frequently.
