A philanthropic organization in Canada is seeking a fully bilingual Bookkeeper fluent in Hebrew and English. The role entails reviewing, translating financial documents, and reconciling transactions. Strong organizational and analytical skills are vital, along with a familiarity with Microsoft Excel. This full-time, temporary position may lead to extensions based on performance.

Position Summary :
The Azrieli Foundation is seeking a fully bilingual Bookkeeper who is fluent in both English and Hebrew. Full proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting financial documents in both languages is essential. This role is responsible for reviewing and translating financial documentation, verifying alignment with budgets and contracts, reconciling transactions, and identifying any discrepancies or irregularities. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and integrity of financial reporting across the Foundation’s international projects. This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Foreign Activities Managers.
This is a full-time, temporary contract role (6 months), with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational need.
