Job summary

Belairdirect in Quebec City is seeking a bilingual Associate, Sales and Customer Service to help Canadians protect what matters most. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, answer questions, and guide customers through insurance options.

The role offers mentorship, an accelerated career path, and a hybrid schedule with a training period and evenings/weekends. French fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong team spirit, ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues on various projects.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to empathize with others.
• You must speak French - Requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis.

• Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance licence.

Salary range (but not limited to): 47,100 - 57,500

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. Your schedule:

• The training lasts three months: First two months: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Last month: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• After training, you will work an evening schedule of 40 hours/week: Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday in rotation.
• As a bonus, you will receive a premium for all your evening shifts.

At belairdirect, you will enjoy a hybrid work model that allows you to balance your professional and personal life. This position is based at our Quebec City office (5700 Galeries Blvd).

Please note that the starting date for this position is January 18th, 2027.

No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.

Please note that this is an inbound call centre position and we are looking for candidates who are willing to work evenings, Saturdays and occasional statutory holidays.

In Quebec, our agents must obtain their licence from the AMF.
