As a Pet Health Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping pet owners protect their pets through tailored insurance solutions. In this customer-focused sales role, you will promote and sell Pet Health Insurance through inbound and outbound interactions, educate clients on coverage options, and provide exceptional service by assisting with policy and claims inquiries. You will work toward achieving sales and retention targets, identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate coverage levels, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. This position combines consultative sales, customer service, and relationship management in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $82,100
High degree of proficiency with English and French required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
