As an Administrator [Bilingual], Client Services Team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with debtors and creditors by answering and returning telephone calls
  2. Responding to emails & faxes from creditors, colleagues, debtors
  3. Daily reviewing of new files, 28 day review and 45 day review
  4. Checking proof of claims from creditors
  5. Coordinating all logistics for creditor meetings
  6. Communicating between debtors and creditors as required via phone or email
  7. E-filing documents to our regulating body, the OSB
  8. Proposal withdrawals/revivals and court revivals
  9. Reviewing annulments and issuing Certificates of Full Performance
  10. Preparing documents used for court purposes
  11. Collaborating with different departments and colleagues across Canada
  12. Knowledge of statutory requirements for Bankruptcy and Insolvency
  13. Coaching and training junior colleagues
  14. Managing files, such as updating payments, addresses, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak French is a must
  • Desire to learn and grow as part of a high-performing team
  • Articulate and versatile communicator, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of statutory requirements for Bankruptcy and Insolvency (asset)
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Willingness to learn supporting computer programs and applications

This position can be based in Saint John, NB, Moncton, NB, or Halifax, NS.
