What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide cross-coverage administrative support to various areas within the patient support program
  2. Ensure high-quality data entry and management of inbound communication
  3. Execute ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned while prioritizing tasks effectively
  4. Perform patient registration activities and validate information for accuracy
  5. Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in departmental research efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  3. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare
  4. Proficiency in computer software technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  5. Bilingual in French and English is an asset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. University or College degree in Life Sciences, Communication, or a related field
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare environment
  3. Experience in reimbursement processes and related activities
